SportsCover is a remarkable protective film that will maintain the value of your cycle. SportsCover Bike Shield is thick, clear, extremely durable, and protects your bike from scratches, stone chipping and abrasion during riding or transporting. The adhesive is specifically developed for SportsCover and makes small scratches disappear (as long as you keep the film on). It is virtually invisible on your cycle, keeps your bike looking like new longer, and therefore, it maintains the resell-value of your bicycle. The protective film is easy to apply and easy to remove. Just replace the worn piece of film when needed.

You may apply SportsCover Bike Shield to any place on the bike you would like to protect. You can purchase Bike Shield for each component or by a Bike Shield Pack (5 pieces).

Application is simple: cut to approximate size, apply by holding the ends that will be trimmed, press on with your thumb, then carefully trim to fit.

Doc's Product Notes: SportsCover is one product that I have found to be innovative and able to deliver the remarkable claims made on their website. We have placed the high-gloss film on our new bikes this year. No one has noted that we have something covering our bike frames. After pointing out the SportsCover, they usually show a great deal of interest. I believe the small investment in purchasing SportsCover Bike Shield is well worth the protection and peace of mind. I can still ride my bike off road and keep it looking new.

Application notes: We have found that cutting the sheets slightly large and carefully trimming to the edges of metal or frame weld does the best job of both protecting your bike and making the film disappear. Full instructions come with the product.

To achieve as full of a coverage as possible on an adult bike you will need 1 Bike Shield Fullpack, 1 and a half (2) TubeShields, and 1 Fork Shield pack (set). To cover 2 bikes you will need 2 Bike Shield Fullpacks, 3 TubeShields, and 2 Fork Shield packs (sets). Use a tailor's tape measure (fabric or vinyl) to measure the tubes on your bike and the measurements above to calculate what you need to protect your cycle. Measure each tube slightly past the welds. Welds and brackets such as those related to cables, brakes, and suspension will have to be trimmed around. While SportsCover will conform somewhat to welds and provide excellent protection, bent and radiused tubes will necessitate piecing to achieve full coverage. Please get in contact with Texas Trail Dust Cycling for more information, this really is a wonderful product.
