Adult Basic Knee, Knee/Shin:

Measure the circumference of your leg 1" to 2" just above the knee. If the measurement is between 15" and 16.5" you will be approximately in a medium. Anything less; a small and anything more; a large.

Adult Basic Elbow/Forearm, ElbowXtreme:

Measure the circumference of your arm 1" to 2" just above the elbow. If the measurement is between 10.5" to 12.5" you will be approximately in a medium. Anything less; a small and anything more; a large.

Adult Pro Series Knee/Shin:

Measure the circumference of your leg 1" to 2" just above the knee. If the measurement is between 16" to 17.5" you will be approximately in a medium. Anything less; a small and anything more; a large.

Kidz Series:

Approximately 7 years old and under will wear a Small/Medium. Approximately 7 years old and older will wear a Medium/Large.
